MULTIVAC direct web printers reliably print flexible data, texts and barcodes directly onto the upper web during the packaging procedure. They are innovative, highly efficient and particularly economical in terms of the required investment, personnel utilisation and operating costs.

Our direct web printers, which are available in a variety of hygiene standards, feature not only durability but also a high degree of flexibility and process reliability. Even in the most demanding continuous operation, they impress through maximum output and excellent printing results – with the smallest possible footprint and minimum consumption of resources and consumable materials. Thanks to the wide range of printing technologies, mounting possibilities and process options, MULTIVAC direct web printers can be optimally adapted to the respective marking or labelling task. The print can be either one row or several rows, and it can run in either the longitudinal direction or at right angles to the running direction of the film.

DP 205, DP 215, DP 225

The DP 205 and DP 215 direct web printers are designed for printing the upper web in automatic traysealers.

For the DP 205, the assembly of printers is fixed so one printer prints on a pack track in each case.
The DP 215 direct web printer has a movable x-axis crosswise to the film running direction. A printer can then be moved to print on several pack tracks.

Using the DP 225 direct web printer, the film can be printed in two dimensions, both in the film running direction and crosswise.

DP 200, DP 240

Both direct web printers are designed for integration into thermoform packaging machines. The DP 200 prints the incoming upper web, and the DP 240 prints the upper web of the sealed packs.
