Innovative technology for forming and portioning aids rapid production throughput, while a thin freezer crust enables the product to be tempered gently. This ensures energy savings in product preparation, as well as a reduction in the storage capacity required.   • FPS 500 multitray loading system for loading precise weights of fresh meat slices or pieces into trays
  • AIR 520 flexload loading system for automatically filling trays with fixed-weight or weigh-priced portions
  • AIS 520 autoload loading system for stacking, shingling, and loading marinated or fresh meat portions
  • PTT multitemp pallet tempering system for the rapid cooling, freezing (to –30°C), or defrosting of whole pallets
  • CBF cyclefreeze blast freezer for the time- and energy-efficient production of a freezer crust on the cycle principle
  • BBF multifreeze blast freezer for the time- and energy-efficient production of a freezer crust with maximum throughput on the continuous flow principle
